Sabrina Effron
Vice President
Sabrina Effron is currently a student at Princeton University. In high school, she founded Speak English Together with her mother, Sandra, and brother, Jimmy, because of their shared passion for education. She loves to help students improve in their studies and has been tutoring and teaching through various organizations for years.
With the introduction of virtual platforms like Zoom into everyday life during the pandemic, Sabrina and her family found a unique opportunity to make a global impact. Since they all studied Spanish in school, they were inspired to create a program that connects Spanish-speaking children in developing countries with native English speakers to practice and improve their English. Since its inception, the program has blossomed to include English learners of all ages from around the world, embracing a diversity of languages and cultures. She looks forward to helping Speak English Together continue to thrive and grow.
